Must Have App for New Parents!

This app is essential for new parents! My husband and I have been using this app for the last 5 months (since our daughter was born) and I cant imagine not having it. It allows you to look at trends in your babies routine so that you can plan a schedule. It also helps you to understand why your baby might be fussy, when you are still learning their signals. Its been nice being able to follow what my baby is doing when Im doing errands and my husband is watching her (he tracks her through the joined account on his phone). It definitely beats charting on paper!

First time mom.

Love the app. Love the look and the functionality. Weve been using it for almost 6months 24/7. Now that my son is at the solid food age, I wish there was a way to track those too. Or track his growth So I dont have 2 separate apps.

Simple, easy to use!

First week in with baby and Im really enjoying the app. However, I have 3 suggestions to make this a 5 star app: 1) Add a reminder for next feed, etc. to allow for parent-led schedules 2) Express breast milk tracker. Im currently using the breast feeding/nursing tracker as the express milk tracker but wish it was more specific for expressing so I can put the milk amount expressed from each breast and see the data instead of time on each breast. 3) Solid food tracker for older babies

Great app, could use a little improvement

I echo all the good compliments about this app. It would get 5 stars if it included tracking for pumping sessions. Ive only been using a few days but I notice its a bit of a battery drain if you have the sleep timer running in the background. Would like to see that improve.

Best app Ive tried

Had to keep track of feedings and diapers starting first day at hospital. Because of c section I couldnt move up and down to find a pen or the paper to record, but I always had my phone. Tried a few other apps, this by far is easiest to add nursing and diapers and sleep. One thing I wish I could do is add a NOTE to be able to mark time I took my pain Meds or in the future when he takes medication or gas drops. Or when he has a bath. Could even be a notepad page, rather than right on the front. Would also be nice to have a page to ask docs questions. Or a to do list like "buy diapers". But I love it just the way it is too. Worth the 99 cents.

Great app for the sleep deprived

This app is well designed, robust, and ridiculously easy to use - which is very useful when your baby has reduced your iq by 10 pts through sleep deprivation

Love this App!

It is a very easy and simple to use tool. Records everything perfectly. I just wish it had a breast pumping session recorder as well. That would be perfect so that I can record how often I pump and how much I pumped. Also, it would be nice if it would remind us every 2-3 hours for diaper changes and feedings. Overall, amazing app. Def worth it!

Easy, straightforward

Simple, easy to use. Exactly what I was looking for. However, I do wish it had a way to go back & add in your own feeding times for when you forget.

Lifesaver

You think its simple enough to remember which side you last nursed on, but this app is invaluable to me! Also love the stats and activity history. Such a great tool and its not even a little ugly!

Really the best you can find

I love this app. Ive used it since my second child was three days old and shes now 2 months. Pros: You can retroactively enter information, which I couldnt find in any other app. This is of utmost importance because it is quite often you forget to enter the information in the frenzy of having a newborn and need to enter it later. The list of activities (nursing, diaper change, sleeping, and bottle-feeding) is easy to see at a glance, as they make different-colored icons for each activity. You can make notes in each activity. Cons: Although you are supposed to be able to share the app with someone else, it never allowed us to share. My husband is a computer programmer and couldnt figure it out, so I doubt anyone else could. Although they allow you to log four different activities, it would be nice to have several more such as burping, major milestones (vaccines, etc.), spitting up, and fussiness. That way it would be easier to track behavior and therefore maybe come up with some hypotheses as to what the child needs or what they are going through. The icons are all similar colors so its hard to detect at a glance what is happening. Although I really like that they have a trends section, it would be nice if they had an option for the last day as opposed to, or in addition to the last 24 hours. All in all, I really recommend this app. The cons are not nearly enough to make me not want to use it.

The best

Simple taping to start, pause, stop or switch sides. I can keep track on my phone, iPad or husbands phone, whichever is within reach. Love that you can add notes and edit times for when you forgot to track or just needed extra notes. Very great simple and straightforward app. Thanks.

Straightforward

Tried several tracking apps for breastfeeding but this one has been the best because it is simple, easy to use quickly without having to wade through lots of extra features and options or wait for pages to load. It lets you edit everything and even backlog. I would like more reports to help me see trends with the data Im logging, which is why I only gave it 4 stars

Very useful

Would be nice to track pumping as well

Simple and well designed

I looked at a lot of apps for tracking our twins feeding times and diapers. Most were overly complicated and, quite frankly, pretty fugly. This app was easy to use and synced easily between my iPhone and my wifes (and shes a bit of a Luddite and couldnt quite understand why we werent just using paper). My wife could be logging a feeding while I was logging a diaper. Great app!

Easy to use

I started using this app when we came home from the hospital with my son and Im so glad! The interface is very clean and easy to use, and it makes tracking things so easy. My husband can add things from his phone too, I only wish I could see what hes added in real time before hes "finished" with it. Overall fantastic app though!

Great app!!

Nicely designed, simple app. I love using this each day to help me track everything I need for my baby. The only thing is that I wish it also let you track pumping! Its annoying to have a separate app for that feature.

Best customer service

App works well. First time mom with no sleep and when it crashed the customer service rep got back to me in 5 min!

Great app!

Very happy with this app. Its simple to use and helps me keep track of babys schedule. I only wish it had banners or notifications - I tend to forget when a timer is running and it would be nice to be alerted of a running timer when not in the app (it does alert me about feedings > 1 hour when Im in the app). However, since I can edit the start time and duration of any activity I can always edit when I forget and leave it running. Also, the support team is incredibly helpful and so responsive. I once emailed them with a request and the responded (with what I needed) in six minutes. So impressed. Well worth it. Great app.

Great App, calculates wrong

I have been using this app for 5 months, and just started to notice the time isnt calculating correctly during sleep sometimes. For example, if I click the activity in the recorder history, it will say sleep from 7:40-8:47 but on the top it records 40 minutes, when really its 1 hour 7 minutes. I hope this gets corrected soon because Im having to go in and fix all my recorded sleep times.

Great App

I love this app. Its simple, easy to use, has a nice look to it, and functions well. I like the ability to select whether a bottle is breast milk or formula, as well as the list view, which allows me to quickly see how many feedings have occurred on a particular day. The app is a useful tool to show my pediatrician so he has an idea of how feeding is going. My only negative comment is that this app does not offer an Apple Watch application. It would be so much easier to use, since breastfeeding really limits use of hands, especially with a newborn who is not yet capable of keeping a good latch without me using both hands to support him and the breast.
